HOW DO I KNOW THAT ANGELIA SOLUTIONS LLC IS THE RIGHT INDEPENDENT BUSINESS (IB) FOR ME?
If you are looking for a company that has experience in customer service and the Arise platform then Angelia Solutions is the perfect fit for you. We will walk you through the Arise registration and answer any and all questions you may have. We will be your greatest support from beginning to the end.
AM I AN EMPLOYEE OF ANGELIA SOLUTIONS, LLC?
No. You are neither an employee of Angelia Solutions or Arise. You are an independent contractor and will be provided a 1099 tax form at the end of the year. If you make over $600 we advise you to speak with a tax professional. Remember you are the boss!
HOW DO I GET STARTED
1. Go to the Arise platform and create your profile at www.ariseworkfromhome.com
2. Sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to view client info.
3. Provide the IB ID # for the company you choose to work under.
4. Take a look at the client opportunities and find the client that works best for you.
Please Note: Each client opportunity has a certification course and fee that must be completed and passed before you can begin service. These courses are led by highly trained instructors and are a virtual classroom setting. The cost of these courses can range from $19.99-$249 determined by the client, once certification is complete you are then able to service the client right away. The Certification classes are normally between 4-8 weeks, M-F and 2-4 hours each day depending on the client, they are not paid training.

HOW DO I GET PAID
Our CSP's are paid every two weeks via direct deposit. You are able to click on the My Pay tab on the Angelia Solutions website to print your pay statement. Be aware that no taxes are withheld by our company and as an Independent contractor you are responsible for your own taxes.
WHAT IS ARISE VIRTUAL SOLUTIONS?
Arise is not a call center –But a company that allows small businesses like Angelia Solutions to use their platform and connect with fortune 500 companies. The Arise Platform leverages a virtual global network of call centers. Arise takes pride in connecting these clients to businesses like ours who take pride in owning our own independent contact centers. Along with Arise, we strive to represent the brand and values of these clients. Arise allows small businesses to give the opportunity for customer service reps to link with companies that they would have no access to without the Arise platform. With Arise you are able to connect with companies in the health, communication, technology and e-commerce industry.
REQUIREMENTS?
To be an Arise Independent Contractor, you must be at least 18 years of age and not reside in WI, CA, CT, OR, NY, MD, MA.
You must reside in the USA and able to pass a criminal background check. CSP's must have access to a landline phone, highspeed internet, and a quiet space.
Once you have created your Arise profile it will ask you to enter the agent FEIN # 82-3547435 to continue.
